At busy periods we are only able to accept bookings of 3 nights where these slot naturally into gaps between already made bookings and do not overlap into two separate weeks. If unsure, please ask, we respond very quickly.
Where the number of adults exceeds 5, an additional rate of £55 per night is added.
Where the duration of the stay is 3 nights or less, the use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rate. 
Guests wishing to use the laundry facilities are then asked to pay an additional rate of £10 per guest.

A 30% non refundable deposit is payable to confirm the booking. The full balance is due no later than 42 days before entry.

A £250 refundable deposit is charged to cover the cost of any damage occurring during the stay. This is refunded within a day or two of checking out
